This guide starts from the money. Below is what a given amount bought on one Malaysian date wholesaler's Medjool list, checked in October 2026, from a single box up to the largest pack. If you were searching for Harga Kurma Medjool in Malaysia, these are real listed prices, not estimates.
A quick word on Medjool
Medjool originated in Morocco, and it is a large, very soft date with a rich caramel taste. All nine Medjool listings on this October 2026 list carry a Palestine label. The grades on them (Large, Jumbo, Premium Jumbo, Super Jumbo) are the importer's own size sorting rather than an international standard, so read them as one seller's labels.
What each amount buys
RM70 is the entry point. It bought one 900g box of Medjool Jumbo, in stock, and its regular price on the same listing was RM90.
At RM250 there was a Large 5kg pack, but it was out of stock. RM280 bought the Premium Jumbo 5kg pack, which was in stock.
RM315 bought the Super Jumbo 5kg pack, in stock.
RM355 is where two 6kg listings meet. Jumbo in 12 packets of 500g was in stock. Large in 24 packets of 250g, at the same RM355, was out of stock.
RM394 was the price of Large in 8 packets of 1kg, out of stock. And RM448, the highest total on the Medjool list, bought Jumbo in 8 packets of 900g, 7.2kg in all, in stock.
One more listing, a second Jumbo 12 × 500g at RM290, was out of stock.
The same RM280, two ways
Say your budget is RM280. You could buy four of the 900g boxes at RM70 each: that is 3.6kg. Or you could buy the Premium Jumbo 5kg pack for the same RM280 and come away with 5kg, 1.4kg more for the same spend. Per ringgit, the bigger pack gives you more dates.
The 900g size shows the same pattern on its own. One box was RM70. The 8 × 900g listing was RM448, which is RM56 for each 900g packet, RM14 less per packet than buying a box at a time.
Sale price against regular price
All nine listings showed a sale price below a higher regular price at the check. On the five in-stock listings the gap ran from RM20 on the 900g box (RM90 down to RM70) to RM135 on the Super Jumbo 5kg pack (RM450 down to RM315). The prices quoted throughout this guide are the sale prices, since those are what the list was charging.
Planning a bigger order
Demand for dates in Malaysia peaks before and during Ramadan, and again around Hari Raya, weddings and kenduri. If you are budgeting for one of those, work out the kilos you need first, then the price. Per kilo, the in-stock Medjool listings ran from RM56 for the Premium Jumbo 5kg pack to RM77.78 for the single box. The three cheapest per-kilo listings on the list were all out of stock, so check stock before you settle on a figure.
